Dropkick Murphys/MMB at Fenway sold out in seconds.

Like most people, my mother nor myself could get our hands on Dropkick Murphys or Bosstones tickets for the two Fenway Park shows on September 8th and September 9th.  Apparently, they sold out in seconds and probably got eaten up by scalpers.  On that note, it makes me pissed off because those scalping assholes are making a fortune off of tickets that cost $30.00.  Another factor that results in my hatred towards scalpers in this case is that half of the proceeds, if you bought online, go to the Massachusetts 9/11 Fund.  Now these scumbags who sometimes I feel control Lansdowne Street and seeing a show at a reasonable price are making double the cash.

On a brighter note, a wise person recently said, "When it comes to live music, if theres a will, theres a way..." and I agree completely.  Being the resourceful person I am, I will find a way in and I encourage anybody else to do the same.  Get to know people, find extra tickets some people may have or just find a way to get in.  Its not that hard, trust me.  Anyways, get amped for two awesome shows.  Wednesday next week, I plan to give a Part II of this post and give some good news that I am not going to drop yet.  Enjoy!
